ABOUT ME
In my home region of “Werdenfels”, I have skied all the areas from the Dammkar freeride slopes to the World Cup race hills. After my years in Ski Club, I joined the German Ski Team. I have traveled halfway around the world to compete in ski races. I gave interviews and was on television. After a few injuries I am nownow fighting to get back to the gates. I am looking forward to qualifying for the World Championships in 2021.

  • What MOMENT do you ski for?

The moment when I feel that I have hit the turn the right way and I can push through it. Turn to turn, feeling the g-forces and playing around with them.

MORE

  • How do you recharge your batteries for the next challenge?

Take a walk with my dog through the fields around my home; go for a climbing or a trail running session with my friends.

  • What’s your favorite quote? Why does this quote resonate with you?

All in, no matter what.

  • What sacrifices have you had to make to get to where you are today and were they worth it?

I can’t count them anymore, but yes, they were worth it.

  • What do you do when you aren’t skiing?

Train in the gym, go biking and trail running, read “Tom Clancy” books.

  • What strategy do you use to overcome pressure and stress for optimum performance?

I make a plan of what I need to do, then I focus on that plan and give it 100%.
